New automations, new webhooks, new triggers . . . all the shiny new things!
My internal monologue often jumps up and down screaming "THAT WOULD BE SO COOL IF WE COULD . . ."
Yes, it may be cool.
But . . .
- Do I need it right now?
- Does it align with our current goals and objectives?
- How much time will it take to set up and maintain?
- Am I using this new feature to procrastinate from other important tasks?
- Will this just be OMT ("one more thing") to maintain?
Yes, cool is awesome.
But focusing on what's most important to the success of your business is better.
